Once your order is approved successfully, we will send a confirmation email to you containing your tickets and receipts in PDF form. Sometimes these emails will be marked as spam or trash, double check your trash or spam folders in your email account. You can print the tickets at home, or save the QR code to your mobile. Show security staff your code at the entrance to enter the festival.

Organized by CPAA North America, Hello Panda Festival is a worldwide winter festival that celebrates the holiday season with lantern show, entertainment, food, modern art exhibitions, interacting games, cultural handcrafts, cultural heritage, creative art products, and live stage performances. From December to January, Hello Panda will land on New York City, covering Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year. It is the largest lantern show in the record history in New York City, with over 100 lantern sets displayed at Citi Field in NYC, Vernon, NJ and Catskill, NY.

Unfortunately no, there is no real panda at Hello Panda festival. However, you will be surrounded and have fun with dozens panda lanterns. Also, our mascot panda will walk around the park. Good luck to meet him.

The Hello Panda Festival has three locations this year. The main festival is at Citi Field, Queens, NY 11368. The other two are at theWorld Vacation Hotel, 4880 Route 32, Catskill NY12414, and Lake Glenwood, 1733 Route 565, Vernon, NJ 07462. (Click the address to see a map).

Yes, everyone at all ages are welcome to our dancing night. There will be a drinking area for visitors over 21 years old, and a non-alcohol area which provides soft drinks and food for underage kids.

Yes, Hello Panda Festival is a pet-friendly event. Pets are allowed in outside area and be leashed. Please take care of your pets. Service pets are allowed everywhere in the festival.

Yes! Santa Claus is waiting for you at the Santaland. You can take pictures with Santa. Also, Santa Claus lantern is on the train under Christmas tree.

Yes, but not all. There are over 20 lantern sets that you can touch and walk through. And over 10 interactive lantern sets like Dancing Field and Teeterboard you can step on and have fun. For your own safety, please follow the instruction sign of each lantern.

Sorry that we do not open on raining, strong snowy, or extreme weathers. It is not good for your own safety, also the extreme weather would do damage to the lanterns.
